SunScan SunSyphon flat plate system use the same high performance Class 1 solar panel as our SunSaver flat plate system. The SunSyphon system however due to the fact this system relies on natural convection doesn’t need all the additional components needed in a pumped system, thus making this the most reliable solar water heating solution one can buy. The important thing when it comes to thermos syphon systems is to make sure the panel is sized correctly as we cant stop the sun from heating the water so overshooting the optimum temperature is a risk if over sized panels are chosen. The SunSyphon Class 1 flat plate collector comes with an impressive 10 year warrantee.
