SunSeeker is the name given to our evacuated tube system.
SunSeeker referring to the shape of our evacuated tubes making them more likely to have the sun at right angles to the surface of the tube than a flat surface would be. This improves the amount of the suns energy that can be absorbed by the tube during the average solar day.
The SunSeeker evacuated tube collector is highly efficient and our SunSeeker pumped systems with the SR81 controller have been fine tuned over the years to give the maximum performance with reduced chance of over heating which was a real problem in the early years when evacuated tube systems were over specked and installed without the necessary controls in place to optimize output without over shooting the maximum temperatures required.
– System suitable for Family of 2 to 3 people
– 150L full pumped SunSeeker system with a 15 Tube ECO collector, 150L geyser, thermostatic mixing valve.
– This unit can be connected in parallel to make a 300L unit if required.
– System suitable for Family of 3 to 4 people
– 200L full pumped SunSeeker system with a 20 Tube ECO collector, 200L geyser, thermostatic mixing valve.
– We also sell larger systems with 300, 500 and 1000L tanks.
